Shipping:

All items are now sent within 1 working day after an order payment has cleared.
Items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Occasionally another courier may be used.
All items shipped come with shipping insurance included to protect both parties.

Policies:

In the unlikely event of an item being defective, contact us within 7 days and we will replace the defective item or give a full refund. If the returned item is not faulty, the buyer will also have to pay for the shipping and handling fees for returning the goods. Refunds will not be given unless the product is deemed to be faulty.
